Being told exactly what to say can feel unnatural. It certainly sounds it. When you join us dealing with our household insurance policy and claims queries we will help you develop your own way of communicating over the phone with our customers.

If you feel you have good listening skills, can build rapport with people and have approximately 6 months customer service experience we would love to hear from you.

We’re looking for people to work a 35 hour week between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and between 8am and 5pm on Saturdays on a rota basis.
